Dinner Will be served buffet style, consisting of:
-Vegetarian Minestrone Soup, no pasta -Vegetable Platter / Garden Greens, with oil and vinaigrette -Boneless Chicken Breast, with au jus and garlic cream sauce on the side -Seasoned Baked White Fish, no breading -Chef's Vegetable Medley / Choice of Potatoes
There will be a light snack table available throughout the day.
